Evil, sick, cruel and unprofessional! They robbed me of my pet and of her final moments! I have nightmares because of the abusive treatment from Dr Herd and 3 staff members. If you love your pet then find another vet! This "Mother of the Year" alleged that I threatened her, her staff, her children, and her pets yet failed to appear in court to prosecute me when I filed a motion for her to produce the video evidence showing that she euthanized my cat without me being present. Yet she can't forgive me the Violence. What a joke! My beautiful cat died feeling abandoned and terrified. Yet, she can't forgive me! I committed no violence. The abuse was committed against me and my beloved cat by her "Hero Complex" and her eagerness to believe lies and slander. Her failure to be a professional and her staff members who now think this type of abuse is justified. The Creator knows the truth so go ahead and tell whatever lies get you through the night.

We can’t say enough wonderful things about Animal House Veterinary Clinic and the incredible care they gave our dog, Toby. From start to finish, the entire team was compassionate, professional, and truly had Toby’s best interest at heart. A very special thank you goes to Dr. Herd. Not only is she exceptional at what she does, but is an absolutely incredible friend. Having someone we know and trust care for one of our family members meant more than words can express. Her knowledge, skill, and genuine compassion gave us complete confidence throughout Toby’s tumor removal, and we’re so grateful for everything she did. Toby is recovering well, and we couldn’t have asked for better care. Thank you to Dr. Herd and the entire team at Animal House Veterinary Clinic for treating Toby like one of your own. We highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for outstanding veterinary care.
