I am writing about the discharge process. I talked to them the morning of and when I was on my way to pick up my animal. I gave them a 40 minute heads up before I got there. I had to sit in the lobby for 56 minutes. No sense of urgency what so ever. 10 to 20 minutes I understand, but a little under an hour sitting in the lobby? Absolutely absurd. Very disappointed.

Unfortunately, our experience at BluePearl fell below expectations. The reception staff was warm, attentive, and professional, but the clinical experience was disappointing.

We had an outstanding experience at BluePearl with our dog Finn, who has Type 1 diabetes. When he started experiencing complications, we needed a fast, knowledgeable evaluation that our primary vet couldn’t provide. From the moment I called and spoke with the front desk team (who was so nice and calming and could tell I was very stressed) , through our visit with Dr. Adams, I felt like Finn was in excellent hands. The communication was clear and reassuring, the staff was warm and friendly, and the whole process was easy to navigate during an already stressful situation. We’d absolutely return here for any future emergency or specialty need. Highly recommend to anyone who needs urgent, compassionate care for their pet.

Our experience at Blue Pearl was very good. They took care of our dog with care and compassion, and gave us the same. We appreciated them being there in a crisis.

We had surgery performed on our dog just last year 2025, for blown ACL on left knee. We are back 1 year later for the same thing on right knee. We are scheduled next week for surgery again. Staff at Blue Pearl are very courteous and knowledgeable. Dr. Pawenski is good with what he does for your pet! You can't really tell that his left knee ever had any damage. Pray all goes well with this one! PS...it is very pricey and full payment expected day of service.
