Natchez Trace Veterinary Services - Clinic & Holistic Telemedicine

I can’t say enough good things about the Natchez Trace team. Dr. Smith is thorough, kind, and provides innovative treatments while remaining practical and honest about what he believes will and will not work. The entire team has been kind, compassionate, thoughtful, and very informative and thorough in answering my (very many) questions about my dog’s cancer diagnosis and corresponding surgery/treatment (special thanks to Willy and Kelsey). Blanche and I thank you very much - we are clients for life and will gladly refer people to you!

We seriously love Natchez Trace Vet! After moving from Minnesota to Nashville, finding a new vet was one of those things I was really nervous about, but we’re SO glad we found them. We actually drive about an hour from Mt. Juliet to see Dr. Marc Smith, and honestly, it’s completely worth it! Everyone on staff is so kind, warm, and welcoming, and you can tell they genuinely care about the animals they’re taking care of. Dr. Marc Smith is amazing. He’s professional, knowledgeable, and really takes the time to make sure he understands what’s going on with your pet. I also really love that they incorporate both Eastern and Western medicine. It’s such a great approach and hard to find! They always take such great care of us, and I couldn’t recommend Natchez Trace Vet more!!! We’re so thankful we found them, and I wouldn’t want to take my Willow and Hazel anywhere else. 🤍🐾

My Great Dane, Diva, became incontinent, unexplained and unusual because she had an ovary sparing spay. Traditional vets wanted to put her on a drug that has side effects. I went to Dr. Smith and he didn’t give up on her. He started slow and he added a few things along her journey but today she went from soaking her bed numerous times a day to a small spot occasionally and gets better each day. I can’t thank him enough for his knowledge and desire to try holistic approaches first. He is wonderful and so is his staff. Last week I took Diva in for a distemper/parvo titer and she is typically afraid of men but Willie was so kind and after a small hesitation, she went right with him for her blood draw and came back a tail wagging happy girl. I highly recommend Dr. Smith and his staff.

10000% recommended I found them through Instagram as my last shot to try to help my help my Shitzu with serious GI issues. Our appointment was online as we are in FL. What happened next was unbelievable. Dr Natchez asked us to stop all probiotics and medications we were using and prescribed only 3 natural steps for his diet. That’s it! After 3 days the poop was normal, no more throwing ups or sleepless night! 2 months later and still he is completely normal Dear Dr Natchez thank you so much for your wisdom. Godbless you

I cannot recommend Natchez Trace Veterinary Services highly enough. From the moment you walk through the door, it’s obvious that every member of the team truly cares about both the pets and their owners. Dr. Marc Smith is incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and takes the time to explain every option without ever making you feel rushed. The level of attention, professionalism, and genuine care they provide is unmatched. They treat every animal like family and always go above and beyond to ensure the best possible outcome. If you’re looking for a veterinary team you can completely trust with your pet’s health, this is the place. Thank you for consistently providing exceptional care and giving us total peace of mind. Best Vet in the nation!
