Dr. West and his staff are great! I feel that my dog’s eye health and her general well being is addressed and concerns are understood. Not only are they patient with my dog, they put up with me!

We were very fortunate to be referred to Dr. West by our veterinarian. Our dog received amazing care. She is diabetic, so there are many factors to consider. We had lots of questions. We received all the answers we needed to make the best decisions for our dog. Our situation was also urgent given the rapid progression of her cataracts. We had an initial appointment for tests. Our dog learned that everyone cared about her. On the day of the surgery we had to leave our home very early and without breakfast, which made our dog extremely anxious during the car ride especially since she was fully blind. When we got to the front door at VOS, she sniffed the door and immediately started wagging her tail. She remembered that she was treated well there and her anxiety dissipated. I knew everyone was very kind, but I really loved seeing our dog feel the same way. She had a great surgery day and is recovering wonderfully. She is able to see again. I recommend VOS Nashville to everyone who wants to give their pet a chance to feel better again. If you’re worried about the financial logistics, there is support for that as well. Wishing your pet an amazing experience at VOS, too.

Dr West and associates are the best. I would highly recommend this group of caring people to all the people i know without hesitation. My Oliver can see and that makes both of us happy.

They were great. They were able to see us the next day, the staff is friendly and welcoming, they saw us promptly when we arrived, and they provided great service, including the follow up calls when the lab results were returned.

Referred here by our vet when our dog lost his vision. It was a good experience under the circumstances.
